- Log into Research Square with the email address you would like to continue using.
- From the dropdown under your name, select “Profile”.
- Select the option “Own another account? Merge your accounts”.
- Enter the email address of your other account and select the “VERIFY EMAIL” button.
- An email will be sent to verify your email address. Use the link in the email to verify and complete the merging of your accounts.
If you can no longer receive emails at your email address, please contact us so our team can assist you with this account merge.
Once this merge is completed, any preprints associated with both accounts will appear in the author list for the selected account.
